How We Price Our Work

Custom 3D Printing

We consider several factors when preparing a quote:

1. Material Consumption

Material costs range from CZK 300 to 6,000 per kg. We choose materials to suit the project, particularly its mechanical, thermal and chemical requirements.

2. Model Complexity

A more complex 3D model requires more preparation before printing and uses more material due to supports, along with slower print speeds and other factors.

3. Printer Maintenance

This includes regular checks, calibration, bearing lubrication and replacement of consumables and parts.

4. Finishing Costs

Support removal, bonding, painting and similar finishing work.

5. Rent, Energy and Other Overheads

REVERSE ENGINEERING, 3D SCANNING AND 3D MODELLING

We create accurate 3D models from your drawings, scans or physical samples.

We can also modify your existing model to suit your needs.

Rates:

– 3D scanning/manual measurement – CZK 500/hour*

– 3D modelling/modification of an existing model – CZK 700/hour*
